Returns True if $a and $b are not identical. Equivalent to !(==).

say (1, 2, 3) ≢ (1, 2, 4); # OUTPUT: «True␤» 
say (1, 2, 3) ≢ (1, 3, 2); # OUTPUT: «False␤»
